We started our NuTurns journey with NuTurns NavigatorTM by co-creating the purpose, clarifying the future road-map, eliciting diamonds (strategic areas of each function), identifying obstacles and finalizing group habits.

Then we moved on to 2nd phase – NuTurns EncounterTM. In this phase the executives get into crucial

conversations to refine their leadership skills and behaviors. Through group conversations teams are developed for achieving Diamonds.

The third and the final phase of NuTurns journey is NuTurns SimulatorTM. In this phase the executives together work on group habits – which they had finalized in phase 1. Group habits enable executives to break obstacles.

The Problem

Obstacles are internal (behaviors, beliefs, patterns) and not external like government policies. They are some of the unproductive habits and behaviors which have gotten in our leadership system. May be because these were not in our awareness or we did not face an emergency to challenge them

Obstacles stop the executive leadership team from moving to the next level.

Obstacles are not that bad, because they have helped the organization to reach where it is today. But in the context of new purpose and re-visioned road-map they could derail or slow us down.

The Solution

The executive leadership team is invited to experience business simulations. A business simulation combines immersive activities that mimic real-world challenges with a targeted debrief that connects the lessons learned with the reality of the workplace. It allows participants to learn by doing, and not by listening, reading, or watching. New competencies are developed,

more information is retained, and individuals are more likely to apply it to their real world back on the job.

The 4 big benefits of business simulations are:

  1. Immersive, engaging and fun-filled
  2. Connect to day-to-day life and work realities
  3. Powerful and relevant debrief
  4. Enhance and modify model models (beliefs)
