If phase 1 is about co-creating the purpose, clarifying future, eliciting diamonds, identifying obstacles and finalizing group habits, then phase 2 is all about refining an executive’s leadership skills & behaviors and developing his/her team. 

The ultimate objective and the context of NuTurns EncounterTM is to enable an executive and his team to achieve Diamonds. Diamond is a metaphor for the strategic/ focus area of a specific function for next 6 months.

The Problem

Clarity of purpose and direction doesn’t guarantee that an executive and his team will walk the path of Diamonds. We as human beings are hardwired and designed to take the well-trodden path. It takes time for us to embrace change. We avoid, resist and postpone change. So we need someone, preferably a third person who can coach, motivate and stretch (thinking) us and upgrade your old behaviors.
